Our Commitment

We are committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities and to providing equal access to the real estate services offered here. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Accessibility is treated as ongoing work rather than a one-time audit. As the site changes, we continue to test and improve it.

What We Have Implemented

The site has been built with the following in mind:

• Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark, logical heading order and descriptive page titles.
• Keyboard navigation throughout, including a skip-to-content link and visible focus indicators.
• Color combinations chosen to meet contrast requirements for text and interactive elements.
• Form fields with persistent visible labels, clearly marked required fields, and error messaging announced to assistive technology.
• Alternative text for meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from screen readers.
• Respect for the reduced-motion preference — animations are disabled when your device requests it.
• Responsive layouts that work with zoom and on small screens without loss of content or function.
