Equal Housing Opportunity

Aryan Rabizadeh and Rise Real Estate Group | Real Brokerage Technologies, Inc. support and comply with the federal Fair Housing Act, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Unruh Civil Rights Act, and all other applicable federal, state and local fair housing laws.

All real estate advertised on this website is available on an equal opportunity basis. We do not discriminate, and we will not knowingly accept any instruction from a client, seller, landlord or any other party to discriminate.

Protected Characteristics

Federal law prohibits discrimination in housing on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, familial status and disability.

California law protects those characteristics and additional ones, including but not limited to:

  • Ancestry, citizenship, immigration status and primary language
  • Marital status, familial status and source of income, including housing subsidies
  • Age, medical condition, genetic information and military or veteran status
  • Gender, gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation
  • Disability, whether physical or mental, including the right to reasonable accommodations and modifications
  • Any arbitrary characteristic protected under the Unruh Civil Rights Act

How This Affects Our Work

We do not steer clients toward or away from neighborhoods based on any protected characteristic. Neighborhood information on this site describes geography, housing stock, land, access and market dynamics — not the people who live there.

We do not make representations about the demographic composition of any area. If you have questions about schools, crime data, demographics or similar topics, we will direct you to objective public sources so you can evaluate them yourself.

We provide reasonable accommodations in our own services on request, and we advise clients of their obligations regarding reasonable accommodations and modifications for people with disabilities.

Reporting Discrimination

If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints may be filed with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity, or with the California Civil Rights Department, which enforces California fair housing law.
