Does checking the acknowledgment box create a buyer representation agreement?
No. The checkbox confirms you understand how private opportunities are handled. It is not a contract. Any representation relationship is created only by a separate written agreement that both you and Aryan sign, with its terms explained to you first.
Will I be asked for proof of funds?
Qualified buyers may be asked to show proof of funds or a lender pre-approval before receiving private opportunities, because sellers of off-market property expect it. Never send bank statements or financial documents through this website form. If documents are needed, Aryan will arrange a secure way to share them.
Why do opportunities have to go through AryanSellsLA?
Private and off-market opportunities are often shared on the understanding that the buyer is introduced and represented by the agent who brought them. Going around that introduction damages the relationship that produced the opportunity in the first place, which is why it is set out clearly before anything is shared.
Does applying guarantee that I will receive deals?
No. Opportunities depend on what is actually available and on whether your criteria, timeline and financing fit it. Aryan will tell you directly if your brief is unlikely to be met in the current market.
I am a wholesaler. Can I apply?
Yes, but say so on the form. Every assignment or wholesale transaction must comply with California law and be fully disclosed to all parties. Aryan does not share private opportunities for undisclosed assignment.
